1 tbs ground ginger 15 mL
1 tbs ground white pepper* 15 mL
1 tbs fennel seed (or anise seed) 15 mL
1 tbs red pepper flakes 15 mL
2 tsp ground cinnamon 10 mL
2 tsp ground cloves 10 mL
1 tsp salt 5 mL
