FOR BEST RESULTS COOK TO MEDIUM WITH A HINT OF PINK IN THE MIDDLE.

GRILLING: Pre-heat barbecue to medium low (325ºF / 163ºC). Oil cooking grate. Grill for a total of 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 150ºF (65ºC), turning once or twice. Let rest 10 minutes before carving.

OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 425ºF / 220ºC). Place tenderloin on a shallow baking dish and roast for about 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 150ºF (65ºC). Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
