Ingredients
2 Seasoned Pork Tenderloin or
1 Pork Tenderloin or
1 Pork Tenderloin (Twin Pack)
2 tsp dried sage leaf 10 mL
2 tsp brown sugar 10 mL
2 tbsp olive oil 30 mL
- cracked black pepper to taste
6-8 very thin slices of prosciutto
2 peeled and cored ripe pears, sliced
Cooking Difficulty
Pre-heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Sprinkle the tenderloins with the sage leaf and cracked pepper.
Wrap the prosciutto around each tenderloin to enclose. Sprinkle the sliced pears with the brown sugar and place in the bottom of a baking dish; top with the wrapped pork tenderloins.
Sprinkle with the olive oil.
Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until the pork is cooked to 150°F (66°C). Slice the pork into thick medallions and serve.
