Pico de Gallo Salsa

large ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped

Vidalia onion, finely chopped

chopped fresh cilantro

green onion, finely chopped

jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

finely chopped garlic

coarse salt

Cooking Difficulty


Soak chopped onions in cold water and drain thoroughly.

Combine with all other ingredients. Makes two cups.
