Memphis Style Rub

Ingredients


4 tbs paprika 20 mL
2 tbs each salt and onion powder 10 mL
2 tbs freshly ground black pepper 10 mL
1 tbs cayenne 5 mL

 

 

Cooking Difficulty


Mix ingredients together. Sprinkle the ribs all over with the rub and rub it in well with your hands. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour up to overnight. Store any extra rub in an airtight container.
