Ingredients
4 egg yolks
3 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch ground white pepper
1/8 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 cup butter melted

Mix egg yolks, lemon juice, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, water and butter in small bowl. A half hour before the peameal roast is done, spread glaze on. Makes ½ cup (125mL).
