Maple & Mustard Glaze

Ingredients


1/4 cup maple syrup (60mL)
1/3 cup whole-grain mustard (75 mL)
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (5 mL)

Cooking Difficulty


Mix maple syrup, mustard, and balsamic vinegarin a small bowl. Apply the glaze to peameal roast during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Makes ½  cup (125 mL)
