Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients


3 tbsp

olive oil

45 mL

garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp

fresh thyme leaves, or 1 tsp (5 mL) dried

15 mL

4

portobello mushrooms

salt and pepper

 

 

Cooking Difficulty


Combine olive oil, garlic, and thyme. Brush underside of mushrooms generously, and lightly brush tops. Season with salt and pepper. Place mushrooms on grill, gill sides up. Grill on medium heat for about 6 minutes, turning once for final minute.
