1 Kg Pork Button Bones 1Kg
1 c BBQ sauce 250 mL

Preheat grill to medium (about 350ºF/180ºC) with the lid down. Turn off one side of the grill and lay button bones on the turned off side; close lid. Roast ribs, turning occasionally, for about 20 minutes, or until they begin to brown and are fully cooked.
Open lid and lay button bones on the "on" side of grill. Apply sauce on one side of the ribs, turn them over and apply again. Repeat this - brushing and turning - every two or three minutes for a total of ten minutes.
Keep a close eye on the ribs to ensure that the sauce doesn't burn. Contents of package will serve 3-4 or as an appetizer; 2 as a meal.
