1 Seasoned Pork St. Louis Style Side Ribs
Pre-heat oven to 325°F (163°C). Season ribs with Memphis Style Rub.* Place ribs in a baking pan and fill pan to a depth of 1/4" (7mm) Slice lemon and add to pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove pan from oven and baste with some of the Spicy Dipping Sauce.** Recover pan with foil and continue baking for another 15 to 30 minutes or finish by grilling on a medium heat barbecue, basting occasionally. Slice between ribs for individual portions. Serve on a platter with a small bowl of the Spicy Dipping Sauce.
