Cooking Difficulty
Combine sliced cabbage, pepper, and onion in a large bowl. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and salt. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired.
