This roast is a classic country roast. Economical and very flavourful it is tender and has a lovely texture. Our roast is sized for a small family, weighing about 1 - 2 lbs (700-900g) each. Perfect with mashed potatoes and steamed peas; a good old-fashioned dinner the whole family will love!
