Seasoned Pork Back Ribs

A mild brining makes these back ribs more versatile and almost foolproof. The versatility comes in that these ribs can be cooked directly on the grill with terrific results. We suggest spicing the ribs, wrapping the ribs in heavy duty BBQ foil and barbecuing them on the "off" side of a barbecue heated to medium heat. After an hour unwrap the ribs, place them on the "on" side of the grill for 10-15 minutes, saucing them and turning frequently.
