Seasoned Boneless Pork Loin Centre Cut Roast (Fillet)
This is the heart of the pork loin centre portion. The entire boneless pork loin is cut in half across the middle and then cut in half lengthwise to give us the "fillet cut." Because it is long and narrow it roasts in about 30 minutes and grills in about 15 minutes and it slices into beautiful medallions that look great on your plate.
