Pork Side Ribs (Breast Bone Removed)

These side ribs have the breast bone removed which makes it very easy for you to cut between the ribs. This is the most economical cut of side ribs. These ribs can be cooked directly on the grill with terrific results. We suggest spicing the ribs, wrapping the ribs in heavy duty BBQ foil and grilling them on the "off" side of a barbecue heated to medium heat. After an hour and a half unwrap the ribs, place them on the "on" side of the grill for 10-15 minutes, saucing them and turning frequently. One whole rib should serve 3 - 4 people
