At one time these were referred to as back rib tails. They are not technically part of the back rib but they are attached to it. These are very tender and versatile. Great as an addition to a backyard barbecue party. Button bones can be seasoned to your liking and grilled directly on the barbecue, finishing with your favourite sauce.
