Boneless Centre & Rib Eye Chops
These are the perfect chops for everyday meals. They cook in only 6-8 minutes and they can be seasoned with any of your favourite seasonings from steak spice to something more exotic if you choose. Try marinating them (for one hour to overnight) in Italian style salad dressing. Just place the chops in a re-sealable plastic bag, pour the dressing over and leave in the fridge until you're ready to pan-fry or grill them.
To cook, season chops to taste, pan fry over medium heat, for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
