This roast is pre-spiced with an herbal blend of garlic and white wine. It is a delicious roast the whole family will love! Just remove the spice sheet to begin. This premium cut is the heart of the pork loin centre portion. The entire boneless pork loin is cut in half across the middle and then cut in half lengthwise to give us the "fillet cut." Because it is long and narrow it roasts in about 35 minutes and grills in about 20 minutes. It also slices into beautiful medallions that look great on your plate.
