Keeping the grill spic & span

If you are anything like me, as soon as the warm weather hits, I uncover the barbecue and start grilling!

Grilled dessert anyone?

Who says grilling is just for meat? The barbecue can be used for so many different purposes. Grilling fruit is one creative way to prepare delicious desserts.

  2. Brush with honey or maple syrup… I like to sprinkle on some cinnamon.
  3. Place on a clean grill over medium-low heat for 5 – 7 minutes with the lid closed.
  4. Serve with some vanilla ice cream!

I especially like pineapple, pears, apples, and peaches. Try it at your next barbecue!
