Grilled dessert anyone?
Who says grilling is just for meat? The barbecue can be used for so many different purposes. Grilling fruit is one creative way to prepare delicious desserts.

- Brush with honey or maple syrup… I like to sprinkle on some cinnamon.
- Place on a clean grill over medium-low heat for 5 – 7 minutes with the lid closed.
- Serve with some vanilla ice cream!
I especially like pineapple, pears, apples, and peaches. Try it at your next barbecue!
